Grand Opening Back of House Team Leader

Our business is growing and we need you! We are looking for energetic and friendly people to join our Leadership Team in a Team Leader Position. We are currently seeking individuals who are ready to grow with our company and business and who want to make a positive influence in people's lives. Here at Chick-fil-A Eatontown, we seek leaders that are responsible for leading the daily operations of our quick service restaurant. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations: production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, and financial accountability. The top priority of our Team Leader is to ensure that our BOH Team is performing at excellence through the daily operations with the highest quality products and services. Previous management experience is not required for this role but is a plus.

We offer a competitive starting wage of $16/hr

Job Responsibilities for our BOH Team Leader include but are not limited to:

  • Lead our team to deliver phenomenal guest experiences to all of our guests by following brand standards and procedures in all we do 

  • Strive to build great relationships with all of our team, guests, and community

  • Help ensure that we maintain a food safe and clean working environment.

  • Help ensure that we maintain and follow strict adherence to Chick-fil-A and county Food Safety standards and procedures. 

  • Lead our team to follow Chick-fil-A procedures to ensure Operational Excellence and sustain our Chick-fil-A brand standards.

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Able and willing to work 18 to 30 hours a week.
  • Have reliable transportation to work. 

  • Be available to work early mornings and/or late nights. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Able to lift 35-50 pounds on a regular basis.

  • Detail orientated.

  • Able to multitask.

  • Be Self-Motivated.

  • Work well independently and in a team environment.

  • Able to stand for 8 hours or more.

  • Servant spirit with a strong sense of stewardship.
