Grand Opening FT Back of House Team Member

Team members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day. We want to ensure all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

The Back of House Team Member has the unique opportunity of providing our guests with crave-able food in a timely manner, ensuring that each order is correct in all aspects. They must; be able to balance hard work and guest-focused service, have keen attention to detail, have a willingness to work at a fast pace in a high intensity kitchen, and be able to excel in a team-minded environment.  The candidate must be dedicated to both personal and professional growth as they serve on our team. They must be passionate about customer service and strive for excellence in all tasks. 

The qualified Full Time candidate must; be capable of working on feet for 8-10 hours a day, able to lift and manipulate at least 30 pounds overhead, have reliable transportation, and possess strong verbal interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.

 We offer a competitive wage with a starting pay of $15/hr 

 

Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Deliver phenomenal guest experiences to all of our guests by following brand standards in food preparation. 

  • Strive to build great relationships with co-workers, as all positions require teamwork.

  • Quickly prepare food for guests with 100% order accuracy.

  • Keep all food products and paper goods stocked within kitchen.

  • Maintain a food safe and clean working environment.

  • Maintain and follow strict adherence to Chick-fil-A and county Food Safety standards and procedures. 

  • Follow Chick-fil-A food preparation procedures to ensure Operational Excellence and sustain our Chick-fil-A brand standards.

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Able and willing to work 32 to 50 hours a week.
  • Have reliable transportation to work. 

  • Be available to work early mornings and/or late nights. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Able to lift 35-50 pounds on a regular basis.

  • Detail orientated.

  • Able to multitask.

  • Be Self-Motivated.

  • Work well independently and in a team environment.

  • Able to stand for 8 hours or more.

  • Servant spirit with a strong sense of stewardship.
